I have worked as a coach and consultant in the tech industry for many years, leading design thinking, business model and team workshops, guiding people through their creative process and producing workshop documentaries for some of the largest companies in Germany, Europe and the world.
It was always important to me to authentically capture the emotions, the thought and creative process as well as the individual participants in order to give non-participants an impression of how innovations are created and the enthusiasm that this process could generate among all those involved.
The fact that I was able to combine coaching with my photography helped me a lot in my further photographic development. The result was not only documentation and memories for the participants, but above all a cornerstone of my documentary work.
